Good News & Positive Vibrations

In spite of the travails of 2020, many of our clients have been booking, shooting and releasing new projects over the past few months. Applause and congratulations to those who’ve successfully prevailed through the pandemic:

Our long time friend and headshot client Jordyn Brown (left, Q6 Talent) will be acting the role of Devyn in Spirit Works Productions’ debut film, We Nation, which starts shooting in October.

Talented young actor Jonah Vollmar (Ryan Artists) got a recent reprieve from quarantine by booking a role on a forthcoming TV pilot. Though we’ve never worked with his super talented older sister, Nyah, we want to send props on the release of her new single, which you can hear here:

Along with shooting a gorgeous new portfolio with us last month, Chloe Brown (right, SLU) did some work for the folks at Under Armour. She and her family were also on set this past week shooting a commercial for PeaceHealth.

Big props go out to Zuri actor Austin Huynh who booked a PSA with American Bankers Association and we have big hugs for Piper Evenhus, who joined the Zuri roster as a youth actor.

The mega-talented Yeshara Ruth (Puddletown) shared the trailer for her new film, The Deliverance of Amy Stronghold. You can take a peek here:

Over in the world of commercials, we were excited to learn that Darius Fox and Graham O’Brien, both of whom have done portfolios with us, booked commercials over the past few months via their agent, Ryan Artists.

In the world of print, we’re applauding Olivia Heinrich (Puddletown) for her recent advertising work with Jetson Scooters. One of our gorgeous Fun & Fashion images of her was also featured in a recent edition of Labelle Kids and Teens magazine.

Zuri talent Tracey Hugo (right) is on set this week doing a photoshoot for Shutterfly. She and her son, Alex, are also part of a national marketing campaign for Connections Academy.

We heard word that actor and model Austin Leo scored a booking with Axesea Australian Surf Company while his brother Cody filmed a Chevrolet commercial over the summer.

Super talented actor and longtime bestie, Lilian McNeil (Zuri) has two indie film projects in the works. The dramatic thriller, Roseblood, which was filmed in Seattle this past January, is currently being submitted to film festivals around the world. The Lanky Lurker, which finished shooting this month, is in post-production. This past May, Oscillosope released Lara Gallagher’s Tribeca Award nominee, Clementine, in which Lilian played a supporting role.

Congratulations to all our clients who’ve been working hard and enjoying successes during these crazy, upside down times.
