2020 is just a few weeks old and we’ve already done 4 headshot sessions in the new year and booked another 10 for our January 19th Headshot Day. To say we are grateful doesn’t even begin to tell the story.

Before we start posting our newest work, we want to share 9 more of our favorite headshots from the year that was 2019.

Johanna Hart (Option Model and Media)

Not only is Johanna stunningly beautiful, she’s also one of the funniest people I’ve ever photographed. She also has an Australian accent, which always earns extra credit!

Sierra

Sierra was referred to me by one of my acting studio friends. I was completely charmed by her quiet confidence and her absolute lack of any facade.

Alex Hugo (Zuri Agency)

If he doesn’t end up a comedy genius before the age of 25, I’ll eat my bowtie.

Holden Goyette (Puddletown Talent)

I’ve been shooting headshots for Holden for the better part of the last 6 years. It takes about 10 minutes to nail a couple looks because he’s super dialed-in and consummately professional. That’s why he works all the time. :)

Jimmy (Sports & Lifestyle Unlimited)

It was nice to have Jimmy back in the studio (and on the front porch of our space, which is where we did this shot of the consummate “All American Boy.”)

Anna (Puddletown)

Anna was a foot shorter and had yet to spend some time with braces when I first shot her a few years ago. Now she’s a top quality athlete, a lover of travel and still a pure joy to work with. Hair and makeup by Karina Talaro.

Ezra Moody (Ryan Artists)

Easily one of the most intelligent, incisive, interesting and dryly humorous kids I’ve ever met. A traveler, a scientist, an observer of life. I love the wisdom he exudes in this image.

Isaak Crout (MAM)

Isaak visits me from Idaho on the regular to have his headshots updated. I find that particularly flattering, considering his Mom is a photographer.

Allissa Bagan (Sports & Lifestyle Unlimited)

Allissa is the only person to make both our lists of favorite headshots of 2019. This is her smiley side, which is quite endearing. Hair and makeup by Karina Talaro.
